Even with its solid defenses, the Ferrothorn was defeated at the jaws of the shark and returned once BM noticed. Fortunately its spikes also damaged the shark in return.

The fragile glitch was easily taken out by the attack, only for it to burst with static and erase several sections of the area before BM could return it. The Ferrothorn readied itself to finish off the shark, if necessary, while BM continued to try and get the radio working.

The two attacks brought both the Octopus and the obese man down again with a series of blows the latter barely able to blast a snap shotted Ice Beam towards the bug in it's last desperate efforts.

The other man barely lost pace from catching the woman the man making a hasty movement before closing in to cover their downed partner.

The man said as he set the woman down and hefted the fatman up.

The woods around them would shaken up as whatever other enemies in the area either pulled back or moved away, the news of the radio transmission causing the others to shift strategies.

The rest of Mike's team, and their trainer, were busy covering any of the Dark Warriors that were down. The Black Mage was too far away for anything of that sort. He was waiting for an opening, a chance to make sure his team got some medicine in them without leaving themselves wide open; the only way to really do that was to win the fight.

Drizz'l's response sealed the deal. "Damnit! I'll have to see if I can get around them." With only one Pokemon on his team capable of flight, he'd just have to make do. "Sunny! We're heading up the cliff to get everyone else out of there! Everyone else, guard the medical supplies!" Hopping on the back of the Tropius he'd just addressed by name, the two of them were going to make a dangerous flight past the enemy team. Could they make it through?
