It's the whole "you suck too much, go get a mentor for 6 months then come back when you are this tall", which is seen more than often, and not always in a kind manner like in that screencap. Particularly when in the end, posters like that dude end up joining the bandwagon of whatever the hell a moderator posts, whether he's right or wrong.
If you want an even better example, you can see how Alexwolf posted the final changes and said he was done with XY for now. People asked for reasons for like 20 posts in a row, so he came back with a "ok guys closing thread until ORAS!!!"
