Wait so, is mega metagross gonna be uber?

I mean without any way to heal himself he's sorta like aggron, sure he hits like a truck; and is way too fast for his own good, but there are still quite a few pokemon that can counter him, mainly glass cannons and scarfers, like greninja, darm, garchomp, etc.

If this thing gets into ubers why would't half the new megas as well?
