I didn't see a powersave general and I was hoping someone here could help me out.

I have a shiny Numel and I need its IV's to be straight 31's. Can this be done? pic unrelated

Has anyone had success using the Pokemon Region Modifier in Powersaves? I tried it on a Steelix in Box 1 Slot 1 (from ENG -> JP), and nothing worked. It's still saying ENG in my PC.

Is this a bad code?

Another question also; is there any kind of work around with region changing or some kind of code to activate a way to change a traded Pokemon's nickname? Anything?
