Will Flygon get an -ate ability because it got Boomburst? Will it become a special attacker? Or was that just a flavor thing, because Vibrava creates sonicbooms?
So it's either Ground / Fairy with Pixilate, or Ground / Flying with Aerilate. Pixilate Quick Attack and Return would be amazing, and it'd have Boomburst for a stronger Draco Meteor-esqe attack. Losing the Ground immunity would suck, but the Fairy typing would make up for it.
Ground / Flying with Aerilate would be like a combination of Landorus-T and Mega Salamence. It'd be pretty good, but I don't like the idea of having Flygon lose its rare typing.
If it stays Ground / Dragon, it'd be fine with Levitate. It doesn't need a flashy new ability to be great in OU, it just needs a stat boost and some new moves. However, Arena Trap, Regenerator, or say, Filter would all give it a great niche.
What would Tinted Lens do for it though? It already has STAB Earthquake for Dragon resists, and only really has to worry about Skarmory.
As for stats, I'd say:
80 HP
125 Attack (+25)
120 Defense (+40)
80 Special Attack
90 Special Defense (+10)
125 Speed (+25)
Give it a good speed and power boost, make it faster than Greninja, and give it a Defense boost to make it tanky enough to take hits like its typing should let it.
