Datel confirmed for god. well I'm not gonna beg god for things. Learn from Bender god doesn't do shit and your better off not relying on Datel and hacking yourself if you want to get Volcanion earlier. SciresM and Lopunny did that and made permanent mega evolved Pokemon on their saves. So yeah where's your god now.

Volcanion doesn't get anything because he's already good. Unlike Diancie and Hoopa, his ability and stats are good. Unlike Diancie and Hoopa, even though he may look odd, he doesn't look incomplete, or say, could appear to look more powerful than he already is

I've been thinking the reason they finally decided to bring back Floette and add Hoopa(and likely Volc) is because they're probably shit tired of getting code requests for them spammed daily. They're probably the most requested codes.

I don't think you can change "AZ Floette"s form though. It is really not a "Floette" by programming, just like "Notched-Ear Pichu" is not a "Pichu" by index number.

I haven't tried it out yet. I'm out at the moment, but will (de)confirm this when I get home.
