Do you think that gf could give a pokemon with a mega a cross gen evolution? Like make it so a pokemon like sableye has a evolution and a mega?

What i mean is something like poliwrath and politoed, initially it has only one, go to evolution but in the next gen it gets another with a diffrent way to evolve. But in this case, it can evolve and mega evolve

That's a different case entirely considering Politoed evolves from whirl and not wrath.
As it stands, megas are for fully evolved pokemon and it's staying that way for the forseeable future.
