If a Pokemon infected with Pokerus (not cured) is in your party when challenging Le Wow and the clock passes midnight, after the battles that Pokemon will no longer have Pokerus. I think.
Has anyone else noticed this, or am I mega slow?

No, any Pokemon who had Pokerus have to be re-infected.
