Yeah, I'll be clocking in a few hundred hours in ORAS easily.
My Y hours are so massive because I hadn't played since gen 3 and had plenty of catching up to do and had literally no comps.

What did you do for yours?

I'm egg moving all the possible ones they can learn and spreading them over the prevo's. Also all are 6IV and male/female regular/shiny. All level 100.

This is being done with the help of my powersaves. Oh and hidden abilities if I can obtain them.

What did you do for the Vivillon's? (at the moment I just have pattern and shiny form. The Pokédex doesn't show male and female difference so I think it may be pointless.?

Well all those people have shit taste. The story was mediocre. Most pokemon ones are so i didn't give a fuck. Breeding was improved by insane amounts. Online was amazing. HA mons easily obtainable.
It was legitimately an amazing opening game for gen 6. Gen 6 is going to be great and 7 will probably end up being one of the best if it just improves on gen 6's faults.

I agree with your statement though. They weren't finished, which gens 1st set of games were? None is the only answer.
Compared to those xy is goat. Compared to the last games of each gen it fairs pretty well.
It's all pointing towards gen 6's final game being one of, if not, the best game in the series.

They made a game that was impossible to fail at, with opponents who never presented anything interesting, strong or varied in strategy. Just about every trainer has 3 or less Pokemon for NO REASON other than to make the game easier. There are THREE TRAINERS IN THE ENTIRE REGION who have six Pokemon. One is the champion. One is the rival in the post-game. One is a Magikarp trainer, an overdone joke ridden into the fucking ground by now.

You cannot possibly tell me you felt like your choices, your Pokemon, your moves, anything you did mattered and still say you're not fucking delusional. Because that's what you are if you contest that. Player involvement and engagement has never been this low. Even RGB with its shit opponents (which still presented variety and varying numbers) still gave the player so little information that challenge could come from figuring things out.
