Half the pokemon that checked Archeops relied on their abilities or Defeatist. Now that both of those are out of the way, it would either be S-Rank or Ubers, seeing how it also has the means to punch through physical walls too.

Anything with virtually useless abilities would only gain from this. Zygarde, Florges, etc would only gain as they have lost nothing.

Ho-oh losing regenerator makes it less useful in Ubers but much better in OU since it has great raw stats.
Without Magic guard or Magic bounce or stuff like that, Toxic Stall got better Every team would need at least one poison or steel type to switch in to if you think the toxic is coming. Heal bell got better too. Guys like Tentacruel who get both a burn move (scald) and toxic would be stall's best friends. Tentacruel also has enough special defense to be a wall and learns barrier if you want to increase its physical defense. So, Tentacruel to OU?
