Bulbapedia is known to be a reliable source of pokémon related information which is ironic since its information is either copy and pasted from serbii or is just inaccurate. /vp/ decided to rip on this site by reffering to it as bulbapedo as a joke on its name. Coincidentally Pomfret's name if the last three letters are removed give the word "POMF" which a meme on /a/ is based off of a loli hentai manga which consists of a young girl being tricked into having sex with her roommates. In one scene of the manga. The girl is thrown on the bed giving the "POMF" SFX in manga. She says " Wahh, what are we going to do on the bed?". The rest is history. Due to this, Pomf is refereed to as a pedophile here on /vp/.
TL;DR. It's a shitty inside joke on /vp/ where they make fun of bulbapedia's webmaster.
