...and, frankly I'm not sure what's wrong...

I downloaded the installation software, extracted, all that shit. Punched in my e-mail punched in the License key, but when I put my game cart (Y, if anyone is wondering), I get the message "Unable to authenticate. Please ensure your License key and/or Email Address are valid (which they are). Remove the cartridge and click OK". Has this happened to anyone? If someone out there can give me a hint as to what I need to do here, that would be fantastic (I really just want AZ's Floette and Hoopa).
