the only things that hit less hard than mega Beedrill on the special side are Bonsly, Feebas and Shuckle. Even Caterpie hits harder.

Would it be acceptable for a Pokemon to have zero in a stat? Could it be feasible to actually take away the remaining 15 points from special attack and put them somewhere else, or would GF be anal about that?

If it did happen, how would you allocate those 15 points?
