Not one for "muh patterns" but I could see it happening since they continue to do it.

Probably not until Nintendo has its hext handheld platform out past the N3DS. So maybe 4 years from now which would be about 12 years from the original release of DP. The kids who played it when they were young would be young adults.

I wonder if Cyrus' design won't really change like Giovanni in FRLG, or if he'll have a radical redesign ala Archie and Maxie in ORAS. I love him as is, but then I was fine with Archie's and Maxie's original designs and now I think I like their new ones better.

I don't think Cyrus' design will change much. Maybe a few details there and there, but otherwise he will probably look familiar.

I can see the admins getting radical redesigns however.

Haha, I said almost the exact same thing about Archie and Maxie before their redesigns were revealed. I actually agree with you, but after what happened with them it seems like anything's possible. Whatever he looks like, I look forward to seeing it. Cyrus is my favorite Pokemon villain.
