I feel bad because I'm not really a collector, i enjoy the games and want to play them, i paid 54 dollars for soul silver today
i am kind of jelly of some of the collections itt but not really, i think i would rather have the sealed import versions and then american carts to play on but thats just me, i liked a lot of the box art for the import versions (especially on the original gold/silver) and i think the north american versions are lackluster when it comes to that, however, i obviously dont speak japanese so i'll play the english versions.
i did play the import version of gold as a kid around the time the english version was on the cusp of being released, looking back on it now i somehow managed to go through almost the entire game without having to read any of it, the internet was still kinda new so walkthroughs weren't really put on the web at all so there was no option, the boxes on the imports were a lot bigger as well which also kind of blew my mind
