I run it on a sandstorm team. It has pretty good special defense, plus the boost from sandstorm makes it better and compensates for not having as many EVs put into it. Makes for a pretty good stall/wall, and has saved my ass countless times.

immune to spore/sleep powder, draws in water, good defensive typing, got some decent attacks, can deal with mega Swampert. sounds pretty fucking sweet to me.

Honestly, moveset seems almost not important. A couple attacks, toxic or stealth rocks or some other support. Recover or pain split or protect or something.

yeah im aware of that, it could work very well sometimes, but most of the time isn't worth it, at least in my experience. i'd rather have protect instead. then again i don't even use SR in singles, so what would i know

At work and I forgot my ev spread but, here goes.

Rain team: (partners) politoad (surf @ choice scarf), ludicolo (surf @ sitrus berry, smogon bird (draws out water attacks, speed boost).

Crazily @ assault vest
Calm/bold/modest (depends on what you need for your team) I went calm
Ev spread: forgot (tanky, you'll survive everything and giga back to health)
Giga drain
Earth power
Sludge bomb/wave
HP ice (chomp/salamance)/mirror coat

Forgot to add, Storm drain. Its the whole point here. Surf damage both opponents, hopefully during rain if not, a good storm isn't so bad either. SD negates the damage from surf and give a you a +1 s.attk boost.
