Gimmicky, but with some set up allows you to spam something akin to grass type Outrage

a shame Liligant ONLY learns grass damaging moves though

Why exactly is this a bad thing?
Switch it in to obvious Volt switches, get free +1 S.atk and a favourable match up to boot.

Maybe if you retards stop spouting "but muh x4 resist" and actually applied the effect, you'd see it's pretty fucking good.

Mega Gallade is one of the best Pokemon in ORAS OU right now, literally one step outside of being S-rank.
