I liked Zoroark the best. It felt a lot closer to the tone of the anime than the movies usually do, and actually explored the concept of humans taking advantage of all of the space-time warping legendaries running around.

I think the Mystery of the Unknown is a really underrated movie.
Granted I've only seen the first three. Even made a thread about which ones are worth watching yesterday or day before, but I feel like the 3rd movie isn't mentioned too much.
Definitely remember enjoying that one the most.

It's really about the characters, which is why this movie is better than the others. The plot is about on par with your typical "deep" jrpg, but that alone puts it above the other movies except for maybe Arceus. (Haven't watched Victini and Keldeo but heard they were good)

manaphy movie and myster of mew were the best movies ever. mostly because it seemed as though they were done in the same style. The animation was much more movie blockbuster oriented with the constant shadow fill and dark backgrounds. it was made to be in a theater. the new current ones cant have not been amazing at all in terms of animation, and looks cheaper too. basically they lost their cinemascope tm.
