Not really, if we count only the non-shit users we have Terrakion, Lucario for Justified, and Whimsicott, Weavile, MAYBE Ambipom and Dugtrio for Beat Up.

I've seen this strategy work only once in Triples, and thats because there was the third Pokemon able to protect their ass with Quick or Wide Guard.

It depends on the mon, also sometimes having a STAB is better than dealing SE damage.
To make an easy example, STAB return is way better than SE ember.

Also you have to consider the cases where you going to deal neutral damage, so they're always good to have, unless your STAB move are shit of course.
