Flareon is not shit because of 'no moves syndrome'. It has what it needs, FBlitz, Facade, Superpower - that's at least neutral coverage on (almost?) everything, {and neutral is quite enough with 130 guts boosted base attack}, speed is the real problem. Toxic damage, frailness and shit speed is just too much to take
