As far as ability is concerned he put 3 potential ones, pixilate, multiscale and serene grace as pic related kinda shows. Anyone can make vague 'Boost in everything aside from speed' and be partially true as well as list thematically fitting abilities and have one of them be correct. He's nothing special.
