Why does it matter? You'll go to bed as soon as you get it and play early in the morning. For the time you waited for ORAS you could just sleep and wake up early then play all you want when you're healthy and ready to play

My local stores are actually doing midnight releases this time because it's for both Smash and Pokemon. If it were only Pokemon they probably wouldn't.

My local stores had midnights for Smash 3DS, it's not surprising they'd also sell you Pokemon since it comes out on the night of Smash U, but looking for it under a Pokemon midnight release is silly
