It has tons of coverage options including the newly added Mystical Fire, and smaller things like Icy Wind from move tutors.
Good set up with Nasty Plot, has access to Destiny Bond as a last ditch effort, and even Shadow Sneak if priority is absolutely needed.
If it were to get a healthy increase in SpA and Speed (which would be pretty much guaranteed if it got a mega), then I can see it being pretty terrifying.
Which is awesome. Mismagius is one of my favorites from Gen 4 and it needs something to set it apart from Gengar.
