Last I checked the Smogon ORAS OU usage stats it seemed like something like 80-90% of users were running Natural Cure over Cloud Nine.

Am I crazy here, or has no one caught on to just how good of a disrupter pre-Mega Altaria can be to Sand and Rain teams. It gives Kingdra huge problems, Kabutops and M-Swampert don't fair much better due to losing all their speed. On top of assfucking Excadrill's speed as well (however, unless you have a Jolly max speed M-Altaria, you're probably going to want to switch right back out once you make the Sandstorm end for obvious reasons).

I just feel like Cloud Nine is the far-superior Ability by being able to support non-weather teams. Thoughts?
