Just received a Diancie and I got a Timid Nature, Outstanding potential overall (I'm guessing pretty good?) with 31 IVs in Hp, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def and Speed. Is that good?

thanks! I got a question though the hidden power would continue staying at a certain type right? If lets say I got hp fire and I leveled it up 5 levels, the ivs added per level would have changed my hidden power to something else say electric?
