Offensive mono-Ice-types would become horrifying glass cannons with double-STAB Ice Beam, Ice Shard, and Freeze Dry to abuse. Pity they don't really exist.

Upon further review, Water-types are horrifying now.
Weezing is really good. A lot of Poison-types probably would be.
Offensive Normal types are also really good.
Adaptability Porygon-Z has a 320 BP Tri-Attack, and a 408 BP Return for Chansey.
