Shopto. They usually send out their games early, you might get it a couple of days before the official release.

yeah shopto's pretty great about having games arrive on time:

as far as i know amazon doesn't have a similar policy, although they're usually on time too

There's the Nintendo UK store, but it's full price there, and I guess places like Tesco will be doing preorders too, but they usually aren't the cheapest. Supermarkets have broken embargo dates before, so if you have to go shopping a day or two before the game is out it's always worth looking in the electronics section.

Very will let you pay off the game in 3 months with no interest if money is tight, but I've never used them and have no idea if there's any hidden fees.
