It's arguably a better dual-screener than Azelf with better typing and bulk with the same speed, can set up rain for the team and use the rain itself to nuke, has Confuse Ray + Thunder Wave for annoyance sets, and can run Magic Coat for surprises. Any piece of that can be added to an attacking set. It even learns Gravity, Cosmic Power, and a bunch of type-changing moves (plus Trick and Skill Swap) for some gimmick giggles.
