So does anyone know what exact time the Nintendo Eshop updates?

I wanted to get this since it gets released tomorrow. Does it update at midnight or later in the day?

eShop tends to update anytime between 12pm and 2pm EST.

Do you think we'll get a translated TCG2? I know the Wii VC had a few Jap-only titles in NA.
I know there's a fan translation but I like playing on a handheld, playing GB games on a PC emulator doesn't feel right.

Just use Rain Dance Blastoise if you really wanna cheese. That was one of the most abusive cards around at the time. Broken as hell but Pokemon was never too terribly balanced at the base set.

Those things that required you to connect with someone else?

Completely unobtainable. Emulator couldn't support it, and they couldn't just tweak the game to have someone give them to you.

Just like this anon said we won't be able to even see it till noon time so any anons staying up hoping to download it early for the next day are better off getting some rest. I was also planning on getting it tonight since my work wifi wont work with my 3DS but now I guess it's off to bed.

Hope those who do purchase it enjoy. Can't wait to play with this old friend again. I swear the coin flips were stacked in my favor.

The coin flips aren't just stacked in your favor - if you watch the animation and press the button at particular times you can determine exactly what you get with little effort. If you're good enough at abusing this you can play a deck based around the geodude with the 2 energy attack where you flip a coin until you get tails and just get infinite damage every turn.

Haymaker is the classic "best archetype".
Barrier Lock mewtwo means you never lose unless they are playing haymaker.
Then there's cool gimmicks like Rain Dance, Eggseggutor, and whatever else you like.
