What does this lock you out of it you cannot get it?

I live in Jersey, UK. I've had 10 streetpasses in 3 years.

Am I going to lose a big chunk of game due to this shit?

being from london I suspect we may get jewed out of those tickets, and there relying on people being present at the launch for the street pass data to pass around here.

The only pro about this eon ticket thing is time. Traditional GameStop or wifi events last 2 weeks and if you miss them tough luck. With this even if you live somewhere rural you could street pass with someone years from now and still get the Eon pass. If you think about it that way you actually have a greater overall chance of getting in than if it were a traditional event. Like for example if you go to any convention this year, I would without a doubt bet you'd get a ticket.
