Probably. It's just suuuuuuuuuccccccccccchhhhhhhhhhhhh a pain in the ass to have keep saving, edit the supertraining bags, and then repeat until you get the right EV's. OP got my hopes up that I wouldn't have to do that anymore. Fuck. Now I have to wait a while.

They want HA to only be obtainable in the friend safari, having an ability capsule that let's you change it would defeat that purpose. It'd be convenient, but there'd be no reason for FS.

Use the wings and vitamins, its way easier just keep spamming the A button, example: you want 252 HP so you 10 HP Up, then use the remaining health wings till it says "it doesn't have any effect."

update to the 2.6 gateway, go to gbatemp to see how to install the nintendo savedatafiler, and once you have it install its pretty simple
use save data filer to decrypt the save off the cart, edit it in pkhex, then re encrypt it on the cart. win win
