XY launch purchases at the Nintendo World included all of the XY preorder bonuses, including the GameStop double-sided poster and the Poké Ball 3DS game case we never actually got in the US.

So presumably, the ORAS launch would include the Walmart figures and the GameStop poster. Maybe not the Charizard plushes since you have to buy both games to get one.
