I personally am disappointed in X and Y not having the New Megas/Primals/Moves because I'd like to transfer everything from ORAS to X and Y. On the other hand, the same thing happened with Platinum and B2W2, but that really isn't an excuse. If there is a good reason GF isn't patching X and Y then I'd understand. It's different from the example you provided because X and Y and ORAS are in the same Generation. I can't really explain this well, but I'm trying to be as reasonable as possible.
