What about a Buffed bulletproof Megsa ability (Adding Steel inmmunity+Some other Gun/Cannon/Bomb/Roll moves?)
+20 Atk, 30def, 10SpAtk, 20Spd and 20 Spe?, would that be good for a mega Slot in any tier?

What you said is definitely what I'm thinking too. .
I would probably remove 5 from both SpAt and SpD and give that 10 to Def, since that's the single most important stat to chesnaught overall.

How would a Grass/Fairy mega work out for him too?

Grass/Fighting would still be good for a mega though. It's a great typing despite the weaknesses. Maybe Grass/Steel can be Chesnaught's second mega if they ever decide to give him a second mega
