I just got this fucker in under 10 soft resets

(Naive) : 28 - 29 / 30 / 31 / 31 / 10 - 13 / 31

well it's 31 speed IV so I know it's not HP Fire. 30 defense IV is basically perfect since at level 50 it doesn't make a difference. it's just that SpD I don't like
