I can't get oras because i don't even own a 3ds. I have a DS and I have no Pokemon games for it. Last game I bought was emerald for the gba a few years ago. Money is so hard to come by and gaming is one of my only passions.

The very last video game I remember buying was many months ago and it was used.

Ever since I got into the games I've bought every game on release day, no exceptions.

I have money for 1 game, so I had to decide between this and Smash. The above plus the fact that I flat out enjoy pokemon more than Smash (I love both, just Pokes>Smash imo) means ORAS won easy. I'll have to wait a bit to get smash.

Holy shit this. I browse this board cuz I'm still playing heart gold and white 2. But I can honestly say I don't give a shit about ruby and sapphire remakes. Don't get me wrong they sound cool I guess but smash bros is way higher on my priority list.

Not better, I just enjoy it more. For someone who has so little friends it's easier to sit down and enjoy some pokemon than to enjoy smash, which is in large a "with friends" experience.

I'm a poorfag who was lucky enough to get a DS for $20. I wouldn't be able to get a 3DS for another 10 years.

Plus, in my neck of the woods, Pokemon games rarely go on sale, so I can't even get XY.
