One thing that stays pretty consistent with Mega Evolutions is the face and eyes. No matter how drastic the transformation, the face is usually the same.
The evolution itself doesn't make sense for Slowking. It looses pretty much all of its regal elements, including the crown which was central to its design. The shell turns gold for some reason and becomes sentient as well?
Sorry, but this is fake. If it was real, it would be a bafflingly terrible design for Mega Slowking. It plays to none of the original design's strengths, something that most Mega Evolutions have been good at.
