It walls and checks certain mons, such as Scizor, Mega Manectric, Mega Sableye, Mew, Ferrothorn, Zapdos, ect.
It works kinda like Choice Band Azumarill. Hits incredibly hard, has lots of resistances, wins 1vs.1s, and can tank a few hits if it needs to.
For best results, put it on a VoltTurn team. If you can get it in safely on something that can't OHKO it, you're almost guaranteed a KO.
