since when did trading online become so selfish? back in my gens we traded pokemon back and forth with all kinds of evolutionary items and pokemon over the internet!

if you ever traded in person its the same feeling, link cables weren't anything special

It's just sad that the online supersede getting together but thats what happens since we don't live in a crowded box city like tokyo

Why didn’t you just request a politoed on the GTS? People either can’t read what you wrote because of language barriers or they’re stupid and didn’t bother reading. I remember when I was completing my livedex, I was asking for a white/red florges and kept getting orange. Funny enough the japanese traders actually listened to me, but not the american ones.

Whenever you need a trade evolution request it in the GTS and put the respective 'mon with the evolutive item attached
That way people will get a copy of their 'mon back, also make sure you help a couple of people doing the same so the chain keeps rolling

That way i got all the trade evolutions and helped like 5~10 people for each one
