Nah. You'll get Latios as a gift on OR and Latias in AS. The Eon Ticket takes you to an island to get the other one with Soul Dew.

Unless you're just a sucker for events there's really no point. You get the one that matters in-game. I'm transferring Latias over from X anyway, so I don't care. If I randomly get it one day, then that's just a bonus.

Going to two major airports around christmas, hoping to get myself the ticket then. Of course it's not region locked because then you're just paying for something you should be able to get for free, sucks if you feel like you need to do this to get it.

When X/Y came out it was nearly the only thing people were playing at airports so it should be OK.
