I was thinking, is there ANY conceivable situation where sniper may be more useful than swarm, as opposed to them both being useless?
Like, if there was a mega camerupt who is slower than regular beedrill, but can't be killed by mega beedrill, so regular beedrill as a last resort could use drill run, get the sniper bonus,and kill?
