And you still managed to make the stat distribution worse, holy shit stop posting forever.
Waterfall would be great though. Hammer Arm would be a reasonable addition as well and would help beating Ferrothorn.

There, now it actually has more HP to abuse Flare Blitz with and doesn't have to run Scarf to be useful. CB could even be viable.

Basically +10 to all its the important stats except HP, which is pretty good as is.

Honestly, all the ice type Pokemon that are actually snow Pokemon (especially Dewgong and Jynx, maybe Abomasnow too) should probably get an ability like that.
