They might include some XY stones, like manectric and some chosen others, but its pretty basic that if some mega stones are already version exclusive in XY, then they will continue to be

Anyway, the gist of that is, we traded a shroomish to XY and we noticed it had a tinymushroom but we forgot to send an item from XY.
