They first object that you can only play as the boy. It's possible they're retarded enough to think that this is how it is in the main version too (this is the first handheld game since gen i that won't allow you to choose genders, or something similar). Then, under the faulty premise that either only the male character can be played, or that the interaction is different based on gender other than dialog/encounter music, they claim that the fact that the NPC is a worthless pussy is sexism (as in, they don't realize that all rivals are ineffectual shits in pokemon games and they think it's a statement about this character)
If it isn't obvious enough this shit doesn't know anything about pokemon, they think the canon/in-game names are "Orlando" and "Anna"
