This could be extended to things like evasion which I'm surprised it hasn't.
But Shadow Tag has 0 luck related with it. There's no RNG, both players deliberately choose when to switch. So I'm glad it gets to stay, would be absolutely dumb, even if they did the proper thing and blanket banned it across all tiers like Moody.
