i don't make a team in advance. i catch pokemon i find cool atm. for now i know i will take mudkip and catch a male ralts. or maybe use the event beldum. need to consider this

The nonstandard bro I remember having was Whiscash who was on my very first gen 3 team. It had Earthquake when I caught it if I remember correctly so I didn't have to use up the TM, and it was my water HM pokemon as well. I took him to the Battle Tower and he didn't do so well. I never got to transfer him over because my GBA & Ruby got stolen

I only played RSE on emulator as I didn't have a GBA and I thought they were boring as shit with bad Pokemon and a boring region.

Now the Hoenndex has some actual usable Pokemon with less shallow movepools and bad stats so I'll hoping the game isn't so bad anymore.
