>Lazy redesign that keeps block puddles and cliffs
>Zero fucking post game once again
>Very little new content added to make the remakes unique compared to previous remakes
>Removal of exciting new features that came out in the previous installment
>Attempt to win us into buying the game by making a huge legendary scavenger hunt to get Pokemon that any fan who's been following the series faithfully would already have several of laying in their boxes anyway
I knew it. GF scrapped the megas from X/Y to push into ORAS because they weren't confident in the games abilities to sell on their own so needed to add an artificial incentive to get them. There was no reason for them to spread out the megas like that and create a border in metagame between the same gen. I'm very saddened by this, because it only spells out the plans GF has for the future of the series.
Why put more effort into putting more content into the games when you can just focus your efforts and funding on redesigning old favorites and forcing your fanbase to buy the same fucking game every year in order to use those new creations? I, for one, do not welcome the new Call of Duty approach to the series that's being taken. I'm out. I won't be buying ORAS, but it's still going to sell like fucking hotcakes. It's been a long ride, see ya.
