Why the hell did they remade these games again? They werent amazing when released 12 years ago. Why didnt they fix everything wrong with it?

Yeah Hoenn is boring and shit, but something compelled me to just buy it anyway because it was new. I did the same thing with Black 2, and I was extremely disappointed.
