What is the best move/set to horde training?

I was planing to use one of this guy as a "gallade hunter" but decided to make a horde training since there is no legendary dogs arround XY.

He is current with this set:
>false swipe
>spore
>sweet scent
>petal blizzard

>But is not effective agains weepinbells and arboks.

Okay, here's what you do. You breed a new smeargle, don't keep reusing your single hunting one. I'd put recover and mean look on that single catching one.

My horde training smeargle uses
Sweet Scent
Discharge
Surf
Earthquake

But you can always switch one of those out if it doesn't work as well for you. Just don't try to mash all your utility purposes onto one smeargle.

Are you guys autistic? A fucking level 30 geodude is good enough for horse training as it one shots everything with rock slide + EQ

Don't like the low accuracy or rock slide? Go for a charizard with EQ and heat wave

I actually just made a Ludicolo for horde training.
It has
Sweet Scent (egg move)
Surf (HM03)
Blizzard (TM14)
Giga Drain (egg move)

Both egg move come from Amoongus which he learns at level 24 and 28 respectively.
Also he worked out pretty well in Cafe La Wow for leveling.

It kills sturdy Geodude and Nosepass with Hail and let's you get items using Blizzard/Razor Leaf /Rock Slide

Not sure, I haven't really paid too much attention to that. Usually they're 33 by the time I have them all set up with their moves and then I carry them around while I grind for a while. They do fine even if you don't bother to EV train them and if you just let them tag along when you wander around they'll hit 100 in no time.

My other smeargles are a catching smeargle (false swipe, spore, mean look, recover), and two HM smeargles (Fly, Surf, Cut, and Strength for common HMs and the second one has Dive, Waterfall, Rock Smash, and Flash).
