Arms forwards and back, maybe even a leg forward and back if you're lucky, but that's about it. Dialga suffers from this even more being a stocky ass quadruped with no parts of it's body looking like it can actually move.
They also look rather squashed, the weird placement of Palkia's wing things and the little stubby arms that look even stubbier because of the shieldy bits. Dialga, once again, is stocky as shit.
Their concepts don't shine through at all, I can't see time in Dialga nor space in Palkia. You can kinda get a grasp on what Giratina is supposed to be because it's a bit more abstract.
Giratina's origin form looks like it can actually move, pretty much. It's colour scheme is also p sweet, the gold bits tie it off nicely, and it's more than just a dark colour and a lighter version of that colour.
There's a shit ton more wrong with them, but I'm p sure the other posts will cover it.
